Article Abstract
Vascular stenosis of childhood post-varicella arteriopathy takes a monophasic course, generally with subsequent stenosis regression and only occasional stenosis progression after arterial ischemic stroke/TIA. Arterial ischemic stroke/TIA rarely recurs with antithrombotic prophylaxis after stenosis regression occurs.
